[It would seem that Laboratory Assistant E11E is a mechanical red bird based on the photographs! There are also blueprints here as well as several reports tracking functionality.

It would seem that she was used in the school before the Entrance Exam. Despite her small size it seems that she was created with several functions that allowed her to keep up after the Robotics Laboratory.
