I assume he meant only the people who are still "alive" but if we could get ahold of his technology - maybe we could do the same.

So, if we do something with his technology, like... a computer, I'm guessing, we can come back to life?

I don’t know that it’s his specifically - but it’s possible it could help us. It can pull things from time and space. It’s a technology that is beyond anything we have in Detroit and I’m not sure of the specifics. I wonder if it could manage to put your data back into an organic body. It seems almost like magic to describe it that way but,.,I think being here at all proves that truly strange things have happened in this place.
