They're made of glass, actually. I mean, they're transparent -- most of the wires and stuff are all on the sides now.

[ Hank shrugs. He almost missed the smartphone craze so he's not as obsessed as some of the people in his generation are. But yeah, it beats thinking about being inside a computer. ]

It was a pretty tense situation, all told. I wouldn't hold it against him too much. But, uh. Then again, that kid kinda has a chronic case of foot-in-mouth syndrome so I'm not too surprised.

Well, without me and Connor, they're kinda fucked for the trial this week. I guess Orga can lead it, he and Akira are pretty bright. [ He pauses, thinking back to the rest of the "apprentices." ] I was thinking it's weird that the fucking clown hasn't killed anybody but the last thing I want is for that asshole to end up here. [Well, if that's how "despair" works, Yoosung would obviously be fucked - maybe that's where Mitarai was coming from, but it doesn't shed much light on it otherwise. He decides to just agree to let that go with a nod.

"The trial this week" though... man, how sad is it that this is such an inevitability. Yoosung was only alive for one case, one! He can hardly imagine how things have gotten that bad. What must it be like on the living side? Even so, he's glad there are people that everyone can depend on. He's not surprised Akira is one of them either.]
