Yeah! There's nothing about them around in the school. But in the entrance exam... we actually talked to them. The power went out and we were able to hear their voices. They said they were in the pool shed, but when we went there, they weren't around.

Then when we were at the vacation home, I found another generator I could shut off, and I talked to some more of them. That's how I learned what their names are.

Both times, they all said they were trapped in the school. But we couldn't figure out any way to help each other... I don't understand why we were able to communicate with them! Still, whatever incident they were a part of, if it was really in the past, we should be able to find out more about it somehow. Or... find some way to talk to them again, but shutting off generators from here seems like it could be bad...

I think you're right that it could be bad for us if we shut them off -- and I don't know that we'd even be able to here in the simulation, unless Vivienne had backed those students up too. My understanding is that she was so distant before she met everyone in the entrance exam that she didn't pay attention to anything -- or anyone -- around her. But you should ask her about it -- she may end up knowing more than Lucian.

It might be worth it to get the others to do so. You could ask Vivienne if she has a separate power source running us. She might -- I don't require an outside source to function so her technology may be the same. If that's the case she could run a message to the others and ask them to kill the power and speak with those students.

I think Oswald was getting wise to me when I pulled it at the mall, so he might have found a way to stop that from working... then again, it's been a while since. Maybe their guards are down, or there'd be another way to shut it off, like with hacking.

[Then again, do they even have any hackers left on the living side? If only Nine was still around. He muses for a moment, wondering if they could data transfer some instructions to them via the sim room. But that's probably just wishful thinking, Yoosung's impatience.]

If we knew we would be safe without power, we might be able to hack it ourselves.

Then... I hope that's the case! Kurusu is still alive, he should know as much as I do when it comes to them. If we can tell them what to ask about then it could be useful. We should figure that out and then form a plan...
