I don't know. I get wanting to be able to help more, but if this actually changes your perception, that seems like it has the potential to really mess things up. Like, what if someone succeeded in getting into your head and then made you believe that they hadn't, and everything was fine? Wouldn't that just make things more dangerous?

Besides, I know we're all AIs here or whatever anyway, but you don't want to be less human.

[Less human... Yoosung doesn't know what to think about that. That possibility Mishima brought up certainly makes him feel helpless. But he's not sure it actually makes his point. To Yoosung, it just raises a more chilling one.]

But if someone wanted to do that, they could do that anyway. Whether I change or stay the same, that's not something I can control from the inside.... We're programs, Yuuki. [Well, at least if Yoosung goes through with something on this level, Mishima can consider this an extra incentive to excel in his sharpshooting lessons.

To a point he's approaching this with the mindset that he's willing to sacrifice himself, if not wholly then merely a portion of his humanity, for the sake of those he wants to defend. Of all of them, though, Yuuki is number one. Hearing him express the same sentiment back at him, he feels a pang of guilt intermingled with a rush of warmth that makes him turn his face away for a moment.]
