If you catch him while he's sitting there before noticing someone, he looks... mentally uncomfortable. Except when he's picking at the spiky ball of rice in the bento on the desk besides him, when he looks physically uncomfortable but mentally revitalized.

That idea to refer everything to the Guild was NOT something he asked him to do though, so he's blinking at that sign on his way out after bringing the culprit computer club some bentos on the job.
